Before you add items to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your postcode to confirm your address is within our delivery range. Once your postcode is verified, add items to your cart and continue with the checkout flow.

Products which display the Offer badge are our Offer products. After you have added the Offer products to your cart, the discounted amount will be applied during checkout, this discount amount is distributed between all the products in your cart. 

Please note: The discounted price won’t be displayed in the Cart side view, hence it shows the message ' All offer discounts will be applied on checkout’.

Cart details page
On the Cart detail page, you will be able to see the total discounted amount for all the Offer products you have added to your cart with the label 'Bogo offers applied off price £xx.xx'

Checkout page:
On Checkout page a discount code equivalent to the discounted amount is generated. This discount amount is distributed between all the products in your cart.

For your online order you cannot mix and match the Offer product. You need to add the same product to the cart as per the Offer quantity to be able to avail the offer.

However during checkout you can add your requirement in 'Special delivery notes' and we will do our best to help you. Please mention the ‘Product Name’ which you would like as mix and match replacement, ensure that you have selected the product from the same brand and the same price as in the Offer.

At the point of placing your online order we are not able to give a specific delivery time. Your order should arrive on selected delivery day between 12:00 to 18:00. On the day of delivery you will receive a call/sms giving you an estimated time of arrival for your delivery.

Once you place your Click and Collect order, it should be ready for collection on the selected day. Click and Collect orders are ready within 2 hours of placing your order. If you want to collect your order on the same day, please mention the collection date in the 'Special delivery notes' or give us a call and let you know your desired collection time. We will sent you an email once your order is ready for collection.
